Christophers life of scorn by casino security personnel and devotion to servicing challenged humans takes an unexpected turn with the meeting of Lady Noreen, an attractive, affluent middle age woman suffering from depression. Christopher cleans up his act in the grooming department and moves to Lady Noreens magnificent Oceanside home in Ventnor. Their relationship quickly blossoms into a remarkable love story and brings purpose to their lives. They form an unlikely partnership committed to the enrichment of Atlantic City. And under their stewardship, the Atlantic City Boardwalk evolves into a year round 7/24 entertainment center featuring dancers, singers, and musicians at charity events, competitions, celebrity events, fashion shows, fireworks, and marathons. The charity coffers quickly overflow with financial resources for healthcare, education and enrichment programs for battered women, children, teenagers, and the elderly.

S. L. Sharp was born in Akron, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University in 1969. Later she attended the University of Akron, the New York Institute of Technology, and the University of Delaware for post-graduate studies.

Her peers selected her in 1993 for the Teacher of the Year of East Camden Middle School in Camden, New Jersey. In 1993-1994 and 1997-1998, she was chosen for the Camden City’s Teacher of the Year. She appeared on the Oprah Show in 1992. Awards and honors bestowed on Sally include the Kiwanis Award for Communications in 1990, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Conservation Award in 1995, and the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Girl Scouts in 1995. She was the creator, producer and host of a weekly radio show entitled: “The Young Heroes and Heroines of Today, ” on WFPG AM (1450) during 1987-1994. In addition, she has written and directed several TV programs for Channel 18 and Channel 14 for CCS-TV, the Camden City School’s Access Cable Television.

She has also authored the book entitled, Baby Jules, a book about three dynamic women who discover the power of forgiveness along with finding both love and success. It is a heart-wrenching story about two generations of women who fight for the survival of their dysfunctional family. This leads the reader through a fractured storybook marriage, the death of a beloved daughter, and a grieving mother’s challenge. The bittersweet novel is about the emotional emptiness that only a parent can feel through the loss of their child.

Sally’s other writings have taken many different forms throughout the years in books, plays, poetry, song writing, and children’s stories.
