Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The Committee have held nineteen sittings, at many of which evidence was taken. The witnesses were those who had personally practised, or made a study of, the treatment of physical disorders by spiritual or mental influences. Such cases of asserted cure by spiritual healing as were submitted for investigation have been carefully examined. (see Appendix B.)
