Daniel Newman is Senior Lecturer in Law at Cardiff University. Roxanna Dehaghani is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Cardiff University. She has previously published ‘Vulnerability in Police Custody: police decision-making and the appropriate adult safeguard’ (Routledge).
