Swimming against the current is not easy, especially

amid traditions and customs that resist change.

Finding the determination to walk difficult paths full of

obstacles and lined with thorns is no easy feat.

He was in his teens when he took a break from

harvesting in the winter and entered school after

the authorities enforced mandatory education. His

experience at the village school was discouraging, with

a teacher who only spoke the language of retribution

and humiliation. He navigated arduous paths daily in

order to learn to read and write.

From the beginning, he discovered writing as a mean

to imitate famous writers. His goal was to capture the

attention of the girl of his dreams, but the details of the

story are much more complex than just that!
