Growing up through the foster care system leads Lizzie to asking questions about the suspicious death of a young Black girl. Her investigation uncovers a web of corruption that stretches all the way into Nuevo Laredo’s infamous "Boys Town" and incriminates Seclusion’s rich and powerful-including members of the church and law enforcement.
