Career Ability Research of Post-graduates 

This paper analyzes the connotation and indicators of employability and constructs the structural model of postgraduates’ employability through the methods of literature analysis, expert interview and open questionnaire. It explains the different groups of people (employers, college teachers and graduate students) from different angles in terms of post-graduate employment awareness and differences, putting forward policies and measures to improve graduate education as recommendations.
