Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Kyle Richards, Charles Cyphers and Nancy Stephens reprise their roles from the 2018 and 1978 films, with Anthony Michael Hall also joining. The film is produced by Malek Akkad, Jason Blum, and Bill Block.

Tim teaches creative writing and composition at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio.
