In order to strengthen the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture, the Ministry of Education has formulated The Guidelines for Perfecting the Education of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture.The Guidelines pointed out that "the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture should be promoted in an orderly way by stages" and "the proportion of Chinese excellent traditional culture in entrance examinations for high school and college entrance examinations should be increased".
