Stina Torjesen, BA, MPhil (Cambridge) is completing a doctorate in international relations at the University of Oxford (St. Antony’s College) and is a Research Fellow of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs. Indra Øverland, BA, MA, Ph D (Cambridge) has been a member of, and elections observers for, the NORDEM Resource Bank for Democracy and Human Rights since 1997. From 2000 to 2006, he was a Senior Research Fellow of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs. He is currently Head of the Energy Programme at the same institution.
