It takes place in 1590 in the remote Austrian village of Eseldorf, where few young boys greet an unexpected visitor: an angel named Satan. Among the six other stories included are ‘A Fable, ‘ ‘Hunting the Deceiful Turkey, ‘ and ‘The Mc Williamses and the Burglar Alarm.’
