Life is Toss is a book which writes in a biography way but not a biography. This book includes the personal experience and the concerned life. The book can be divided into two parts: memory of the generation and the TV life. The former part consists of my youth, teenage period, school graduates life, my university. The personal life reflects the corresponding memory of that generation. The later part describes the experience of author Zhang Yudan in television industry through his first touch with television and his return to the television industry. The sorrow and happiness about the program making and the experience and lessons he had learnt from. The second part is the much more important in the book. Life is Toss is produced by Yunan University Press.
