Benefits of Legalizing Marijuana

It does not offer a methodology of instituting recreational marijuana into society legally. Instead, it validates the idea that such a legal move should be made by the government and by the people. Perhaps the research behind this work may motivate others to formulate a plan for legalizing marijuana and define the parameters required for such an institution.
