Verena von Koskull, Jahrgang 1970, studierte Italienisch und Englisch in Berlin und Bologna und erhielt 1999 ein Stipendium für die Übersetzerwerkstatt des Literarischen Colloquiums Berlin. Nach mehrjähriger Verlagsarbeit in Italien und Deutschland lebt sie heute als freie Übersetzerin in Berlin.
