Debbie Evans began her life work of loving children on her first day on the job as a brand-new mother. She has four grown daughters and four grandchildren. She has worked as a preschool teacher and ran a child care facility for thirteen years. During those years, she was able to pour into the lives of many other children, from infants to preschoolers. Writing and storytelling has always been a passion of hers. Debbie and her husband, Brian, live in Alabama, where Brian has taught school and coached competitive swimming for thirty-six years. Together they own and run a business, serve in various children”s ministries, and are having a blast being grandparents.
