The rise and fall of share markets, the rise and fall of bullion market, the rise and fall in the prices of commodities are carefully observed and talked of by financial experts as well as the man in the street. Kidnaps, murders, acid attacks are on the rise. The fall in human values though not presented meticulously as the rise and fall in financial matters is a common subject for scholars, businessmen, teachers, politicians, etc. But the fall in human values affects our society and breed many disorders in our life. The youth often fail to understand the importance of life and the beauty in life. To the youth life is a bag of garbage which can be disposed off at any time without second thought. The old feel that they are outcasts in the society and every minute is miserable for them. With icy looks they count their days in old age homes.
