S. Alan Schweitzer is a retired librarian who has worked in the Northeast Ohio area for over twenty-five years. Previously he had taught Spanish language and literature at several colleges and universities, including Lafayette College and Texas A&M University. Dr. Schweitzer has written and published a previous novel The Carradine Legacy. His ongoing interests include travel and playing piano. Dr. Schweitzer is married to Barbara, and they have one son, Matthew. Dr. Schweitzer is currently living in Avon, Ohio.
