George Mc Kinney was born in Long Beach, California, in 1943. From 1954 until 2015, he spent most of his life in the Sacramento, California, area. He retired twenty years ago after almost thirty years as a deputy sheriff. He has four children by birth and three stepchildren from his marriage, sixteen grandkids and ten great-grandkids!
