P.P. Fourie was born in the Free State, and went to school in Clarens, Bloemfontein, and Oudtshoorn. He currently lives in Wellington. His short fiction – in Afrikaans and English – has appeared in Tydskrif vir Letterkunde, Scrutiny2, New Contrast, Ons Klyntji, and on Lit Net.
