About the author

Barbara Zimmermann, born on the Lower Rhine, loved the sea from an early age. Since she got married she has lived on the Baltic, where she and her husband had a sheep farm for more than twenty years. Ideas for new stories often come to her when she is walking by the sea.
My childrens books are an affair of the heart. The characters in my books are lovable and enterprising, and they travel in search of friendship and adventure.
