The bear lives by a pond in the forest, and enjoys the cheery company of the resident duck. A bison comes along, who is trying to get to Canada, because that is where these shaggy animals are at home. With help from the bear and the duck, the bison sets off on his journey. In a city that never sleeps he meets other amusing animals, and makes an unexpected discovery.
Will the bison be able to get back to Canada?

About the author

Barbara Zimmermann, born on the Lower Rhine, loved the sea from an early age. Since she got married she has lived on the Baltic, where she and her husband had a sheep Farm for more than twenty years. Ideas for new stories often come to her when she is walking by the sea. My childrens´s books are an affair of the heart. The charachters in my books are lovable and enterprising, and they travel in search of friendship and adventure.
