About the author

Dirk Ifenthaler is Professor and Chair of Learning, Design and Technology at University of Mannheim, Germany and UNESCO Deputy Chair of Data Science in Higher Education Learning and Teaching at Curtin University, Australia. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Technology, Knowledge and Learning, Senior Editor of Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Learning Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for Education.
Sandra Hofhues is Professor of Media Didactics/Media Education in the Department of Education and Social Sciences of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Cologne. She leads the subproject ‘Multi-Stakeholder Dialogues and Qualitative Evaluation’ in #ko.vernetzt.
Marc Egloffstein is a member of the Learning, Design and Technology group at the University of Mannheim, Germany (Prof. Dr. Dirk Ifenthaler). His research focus is on educational technology in higher education and professional learning and development.

Christian Helbig is research assistant at the Chair of Media Didactics/Media Education in the Department of Education and Social Sciences of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Cologne. He is responsible for the subproject ‘Multi-Stakeholder Dialogues and Qualitative Evaluation’ in #ko.vernetzt and does research on organisations with a media-pedagogical focus.
