'The Chessmen of Mars' is a science fantasy by Edgar Rice Burroughs, was printed as a novel in 1922. She's apprehended by the awful Kaladanes, who plan to fallen her up for an approaching feast. She wins over one of the Kaladanes, Ghek and in the meantime, Gahan rushes to save the woman he's fallen for. Gahan arrives the city of Manator. Tara and Ghek are also seized. In the end, they are forced to engage in a duel to the death in a great game that is similar to chess.
