About the author

Elwyn M. Grimes, MD, was born in Woodville, Mississippi. As a pioneer in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, he authored multiple scientific publications in his field. He had his fellowship training at Harvard, Peter-Brent Brigham Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts. He was a graduate of Me Harry Medical College, Nashville, Tennessee. He served as chairman of several departments of obstetrics and gynecology at renowned medical/academic institutions. He served as medical director of reproductive endocrine and fertility consultant at Midwest Fertility Foundation/Sperm Bank in Kansas City, Missouri.
