He is most famous for his 1921 novel We, a story set in a dystopian future police state.George Griffith (18571906), full name George Chetwynd Griffith-Jones, was a prolific British science fiction writer and noted explorer who wrote during the late Victorian and Edwardian age.Francis Henry ‘Frank’ Atkins (18471927) was a British writer of ‘pulp fiction’, in particular science fiction aimed at younger readers. He wrote under the pseudonyms Frank Aubrey and Fenton Ash. His son was writer Frank Howard Atkins.
