Gabriele Annegret was born and raised in Germany. Observing her mother’s lifelong, helpless struggle with depression, she decided early on to walk her life path differently. For the past twenty-five years she resided in Santa Barbara pursuing her interest in the body-mind-emotion-spirit connection and available healing modalities. After a titillating detour of being a restaurateur, she now works in a wellness center near New York, deepening her lifelong studies in Shamanism, Qigong, Reiki, and Nia. She hopes that publishing this book might serve others in a positive and uplifting way.
