Chapter Five introduces recent progress on the mechanism of action and predictive biomarkers of mitomycin C using a genome-scale CRISPR/Cas9 knockout screening approach. Chapter Six discusses ultrasonography, endometrial sampling, magnetic resonance imaging, and computed tomography in the context of endometrial cancers. Finally, Chapter Seven discusses treatment options for papillary thyroid carcinoma.
