The Qing Dynasty was the heyday of China”s private collections, but only a small part of the academically valuable Qing collection catalogs were valued and used by scholars. There are still a large number of rare collections catalogs, like a pearl covered in dust and not cherished. This article is divided into seven chapters, using newly discovered first-hand documents, trying to investigate rare private books in the Qing Dynasty from different angles, revealing and interpreting their various academic values.
