Dr Hussein Al-Badri is an Assistant Professor currently teaching EFL (English as a foreign language) at the English Language Institute of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Postmodern American Theatre, which he obtained at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, in 2009. His research interests primarily include modern American drama and theatre, race and gender studies, Afro-American literature, and postmodern political theatre.
