John Rosales was a newspaper reporter at the San Antonio Light and an executive with Cisneros Communications of San Antonio, TX—his hometown. He worked at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and has worked as an editor-writer in the media department of the National Education Association. He is the co-editor of Casa y Comunidad: Latino Home and Neighborhood Design (Builder Books, 2006). He lives and works in Washington, D.C.
