About the author

Judith Silverstein is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Needham Massachusetts. She understands some universal themes most people endure throughout childhood as well as adulthood. She often felt rejected and excluded when she was a child herself but never gave up improving herself and persevered through two Ph D’s; first in molecular biology and then in clinical psychology. As a perpetual learner Judy studied painting at the New Art School in Newton MA and does her own illustrations.
