About the author

Knud Erik Jørgensen (Ph D) is Professor in the Department of Political Science at Aarhus University, Denmark. He chairs the European International Studies Association and is co-editor of Global Affairs and Palgrave Studies in International Relations, as well as associate editor of Journal of European Integration.
 
Gunther Hellmann is Professor of Political Science at Goethe University and Associate Executive Secretary of the World International Studies Committee. He co-edits the Journal of International Relations.
