Mark D”Silva is founder and CEO of Speak 2 Peak. After being a shy and introverted person for 30 years of his life, Mark made a decision to become a leader. He progressed to managing complex change on multi-million dollar projects requiring exceptional communication skills. Taking leadership positions in not-for-profit organisations and serving as president of a large community organisation and on the boards of entrepreneurial organisations helped Mark attain his aspirations of not just participating in life but actively leading. As a speaker, Mark has won multiple Australian state public speaking titles and has represented Australia in the World Championship of Public Speaking finals held in Canada. Through his business, Speak 2 Peak, Mark supports people who want to speak like leaders: with confidence, sincerity and passion.
