He opened his first salon in SoHo and then came out with the best-selling line of “Pablo’s Soothing Follicular Nourishing Milks.” After a brief, regrettable foray into meth, Pablo bounced back to stardom with the reality show Pablo’s Pubes. And now comes his greatest treasure of all—Hip Snips—so that the common man and woman can have a sweet, sweet taste of glamour, grace, and follicular fabulousness.
