Jessica Preston is a young author who has lived in California for most of her life but sees her birthplace of Washington State to be her home. In 2013, she received a national award from the United States Achievement Academy on the recommendation of her sixth-grade English teacher. As an artist, musician, and a writer, she hopes to continue cultivating her talents and to publish more books in the future.
