Because of the financial stress of rebuilding the farm, Dorothy’s family is facing mountains of debt. Upon hearing of her Aunt and Uncle’s situations, Dorothy contacts Princess Ozma and arranges for her and her family to live in Oz and be forever safe and at peace.
