Wang Yun”s Duihua is written in realistic language style, adopts two-line structure and advances the plot by alternately narrating from the perspectives of two generations of Caicha Opera actors to reflect the development history, evolution, characteristics and essence of Caicha Opera, the national-level intangible cultural heritage and "rare type of opera" in Jiangxi as well as the survival dilemma of traditional culture in the current context and changes of times, and the subtle mentality and spiritual situation of people in the period of social transition.
