Per Nygaard (born 1969) has been working with personal development and training of body, mind and spirit since the first time he was introduced to the martial arts world at the age of six. He has a black belt in several different martial arts systems and now runs his own training center, where he not only works as a martial arts instructor but also as a shiatsu massage practitioner and meditation teacher. Per is an active lecturer and holds many workshops. Per is committed to teaching and motivating people in personal growth and development.
