It would have been a celebration to rememberhad it not been our wedding Veronica and I, two amateurs in the area of marriage, who were only good at dry humor as we constantly attempted to make fun of any serious issue in life. It was a Friday afternoon. July 1st 1994, a gorgeous day in the city of Nairobi, the city in the sun.

Dr. Joseph Uvai Mutisya, Ph D is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (Ph D) and Calvin Theological Seminary (Th M). He is also the founder and Executive Director of Teaching & Restoration International Ministries (TRIM), a ministry committed to training and resourcing rural pastors in Africa. He is the author of two books:
1. Victorious Life: Ephesians from a Spiritual Warfare Perspective (2010).
2. Not about You! The Mystery of Negotiating the Rough Terrain of Marriage (2011), co-authored with his wife, Veronica.
