T. N. Goh received his Ph D from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1973. Currently Professor Goh is Director, Office of Quality Management, National University of Singapore. He is an elected Academician of the IAQ and a Fellow of the ASQ. He serves as an Associate Editor of Quality Engineering and is on the editorial boards of several other international research journals.
