Patricia Lightner spent the last 15 years advocating for better treatments and ultimately a cure for Parkinson”s disease. She informed her elected officials in her hometown and in Washington, D.C. of the needs of the Parkinson”s community. She also supports increases in medical research funds. Patricia is the author of two other books, also available in paperback, PARKINSON”S DISEASE AND ME:WALKING THE PATH 2nd edition and JUST GIVE IT SOME THOUGHT:EVERYDAY REFLECTIONS.
