This book entitled “Practical Lessons in Yoga” consists of twelve easy and interesting Lessons.At the end of the book an Appendix has been added and a Glossary of Sanskrit terms given. I appeal to the students of Yoga in the East and the West to start doing some spiritual and Yogic practice in right earnest after digesting and assimilating the truths and ideals inculcated herein and I hope they would be immensely benefited by this book.
