Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The result of my researches, however, is given in the following pages, and, on the whole, I have added a good deal to the knowledge of Waine wright’s youth, parentage, and personal Connexions. 011 one or two points relevant to his biography I have been obliged by private considerations to be a little less copious than I can, to borrow the American phrase. But no essentials have been sacrificed.
