Three Simple Rules follows Ashley and Sarah, who are both in their late twenties and looking for love. Brian Thomas Perry was raised in Longview, Texas, although he now lives in the Des Moines, Iowa area. He is married to his beautiful wife Kimberlee and has one grown son, Austin.
