First a stay-at-home mother, she became an office worker, teacher, published writer, editor, and speaker. She has earned Bachelor and Master Degrees in Education. Her books and articles for young people have been published by Julian Messner (Simon & Schuster), Broadman, God’s World, Cricket, and other national and local publications. She is currently working on an adult novel and a memoir.
