Grinding out an American Dream

A wonderful look at the stories of a family trying to make it in the United States. It chronicles a Dominican man who immigrates to America during the post-World War II era, and subsequently shares most of the twentieth century’s second half working to achieve his family’s American Dream. It recounts the history of Baseball in the United States for the last half of the twentieth century, in a way that reflects the principles of that period.
