Jeffrey Sams, M.Ed., has worked in higher education for almost 30 years, serving as a college recruiter, instructor, advisor, counsellor and mentor to African-American males. He earned a Master of Education in Rehab Counseling and a B.S. degree in English from Coppin State University in Baltimore. He is an ordained Elder.
