Jimmy D. Davis was born and raised in West Texas in a loving Christian family. He graduated with degrees from Texas State University before earning a doctorate of theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary. He has been preaching and teaching God’s Word for more than thirty years and has retired after twenty-six years as a superintendent in Texas public schools. He currently lives in New Mexico with his wife Darlene. They have been happily married for 43 years and have three children and six grandchildren.
