Liz Palmieri-Coonley wears many hats but her favorite role by far is being an aunt to all the sweet babies in her life. She adores writing children’s books because Liz is admittedly more an eight-year-old than she is an adult. Her cherished memories, of time spent in public libraries pouring over picture books, are a constant source of inspiration in her work and she hopes her stories ignite many young imaginations. Yoga and meditation are skills that have enhanced her life and Liz believes that sharing them with children will allow them to transition through all of life’s phases with greater ease and joy. Liz completed her 200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and is a Kidding Around Yoga certified yoga teacher.
