The Wiley Handbook of Global Educational Reform examines educational reform from a global perspective. ALEXANDER J. MEANS, Ph D, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Foundations, University of Hawai’i at Manoa. His research examines educational policy and governance in relation to political economy, urbanization, social inequality, and democracy.
